To view our videos, you will need Real Player installed on your computer. If you have Real Player already installed, you don't need to do anything else to view our videos.

If you do not have Real Player, you will first need to download and install Real Player on our computer. You do NOT need to purchase Real Player. You can download a FREE version.

Here are the instructions on how to download a FREE version of Real Player:

1. Go to http://www.real.com
2. Once you are on the real.com web site, click on the link that says "Free RealOne Player." This link is located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage, right underneath the "My Account" link. It may be difficult to find, so please look carefully.
3. Once you click on the above-mentioned link, you'll go to a new page. Scroll down and in the lower-right hand corner of this new page, you'll see a link that says "Download the Free RealOne Player Only"--Click on this link.
4. Once you click on the above-mentioned link, you will be automatically prompted with information on how to download the FREE RealOne Player. Please wait for a window to pop open--don't do anything until this window pops open--and then follow the instructions carefully.

If you need more instructions or are having any technical difficulty downloading the FREE RealOne Player, page mentioned in Step 3 above has more information and instructions.

Please follow all the instructions to make sure you install the RealOne Player correctly.

If you are still unable to view our videos, you may have installed the RealOne Player incorrectly on your computer. To test for this, try and see if you can see videos from other web sites with your RealOne Player. This will tell you if your RealOne Player is installed incorrectly, and you will want to re-try the installation procedure following all the instructions carefully.
